I am currently an anchor and reporter for TV Asia in Edison, New Jersey. I graduated from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications in August of 2008. My main responsibility at TV Asia is to solely produce and anchor a thirty-minute national community news segment three times weekly. I am also the station’s primary field reporter. During my time at TV Asia, I have strengthened my story telling and interviewing skills. I have conducted several in depth interviews with political leaders, religious leaders, and entertainers. I would like to work for a local station where I can pursue my passion for enterprising stories and doing news packages on stories that impact the community.

Good Day fellow ladies in Communication. I thought I would use this as an opportunity to see what's out there in terms of new employment possibilities. I actually really enjoy my current position, but unfortunately with the way that the market is currently (companies just aren't using staffing companies for their hiring needs) as well as the company being on the very small side, there isn't much growth opportunity, which is something that I am really looking for. I have a very diverse professional background, but my professional career thus far has really been about client relations. I have always been very outgoing and have always tried to choose a path that interests me, but at the same time also utilizes my creative side. I am not afraid of a challenge and always up for something new. In my current position as Marketing Coordinator for Complete Personnel Services, I am solely responsible for the creation of all newsletters, press releases, brochures, postcards, and all business to business relationship products and recently have been the sole recruiter for the company, interviewing and direct contact with clients and new business ventures. I am also the sole social media representative. I have created the company's presence online on sites such as Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, and our own Blog, all of which I solely maintain. Due to the nature of the company I currently work for, a staffing company, my position entails three areas of focus: First, as the sole Marketing/Advertising expert Second, as a sales representative, creating lasting relationships with clients on a daily basis Lastly, as a recruiter, matching our candidates with various positions within multiple companies within the Central NJ area. My current position requires active participation with clients through email mail-outs, which I self-create and mass mail to over 2,000 clients within the company's database.
