NEW YORK (April 25, 2016)— Today, New York Women in Communications (NYWICI) presented the 2016 Matrix Awards, honoring eight extraordinary innovators in the communications field—women who connect the world . The ceremony, held during a luncheon at the Waldorf Astoria, was hosted by Interpublic Group (NYSE: IPG), and emceed by Andy Cohen, Host and Executive Producer, “Watch What Happens Live.”

 

The Matrix Awards is recognized by the communications and entertainment communities as one of the most prestigious events of the year. Today, more than 1,000 people gathered to celebrate these brilliant women who are at the pinnacle of their careers in the communications industry, changing the world we live in today.
