Leah is passionate about helping people speak with conviction and without apology. With a history of social anxiety, Leah harnessed her acting experience to help her make more meaningful connections. As an award-winning theater director, she spent a decade helping hundreds of actors, poets and writers tell stories on stages of all shapes and sizes. Leah now helps people tell their own stories as Communication Coach + Co-Founder of Bespoken. She has developed programs at hospitals to revolutionize the way staff interact with patients and has taught acting to animators to help bring their characters to life. She pulls from the worlds of theater, mindfulness and movement to help people feel confident and in control of their communication.
