For over 30 years, Davida S. Perry, Managing Partner at Schwartz Perry & Heller LLP has been the go-to legal counsel for employees experiencing sexual harassment and other forms of workplace discrimination including age, race, pregnancy, sexual orientation, disability, religion, national origin and gender.

Ms. Perry has been a long-time advocate against sexual harassment even before the groundswell of support for the #MeToo Movement began in 2017. She has achieved landmark decisions, namely Thoreson, where the court ruled that sexual harassment can be proven by the victim’s testimony alone and Bracker, where the appellate court held that the NYC Human Rights Law was constitutional. This paved the way for victims of discrimination working in NYC to avail themselves of one of the most protective and comprehensive human rights laws in the country.
