Danielle Wallis

Chief Marketing Officer for Connected Commerce and the Head of Card Marketing at JPMorganChase

Danielle Wallis is the Chief Marketing Officer for Connected Commerce and the Head of Card Marketing at JPMorganChase. In her current role, she oversees marketing strategies that support the Chase Card business, which represents over 60 million active cardholders as of 2025.

Her responsibilities encompass both new card acquisition as well as customer loyalty and retention marketing. As the CMO of Connected Commerce, Danielle spearheads marketing initiatives to expand the commerce businesses including Chase Travel, Chase Offers & Shopping, Chase Media Solutions and payment products including Zelle. Under Danielle’s leadership, the team has acquired over 10 million new Card accounts, refreshed the Sapphire Reserve Card, launched the Chase Travel brand, now the third largest leisure travel provider and rolled out new payments and lending solutions such as Chase Pay Over Time at Amazon and Paze.

Prior to JPMorganChase, Danielle spent 18 years at American Express most recently as Vice President and General Manager in Global Commercial Services, where she was responsible for leading all customer marketing in the US for Small and Middle Enterprise customers across American Express’s Commercial Services organization. Her team led all marketing communications to deepen loyalty and engagement among existing customers across Commercial Card and non-Card products.  

Her previous roles at American Express include serving as  Head of International Marketing, where she led both acquisition and customer marketing across more than 15 global markets, as well as time working in the Consumer Card group, managing the Marriott Co-brand credit card from American Express.

Danielle has deep marketing and advertising roots, having led digital content and strategy development in the Global Advertising group at American Express. She managed brand campaigns including the “Project Runway” integration with Diane von Furstenberg as well as “Members Projects from American Express,” a philanthropic marketing program focused on giving back to charitable organizations.

Danielle graduated with a B.A. from Williams College and has served on the board of the National Retail Federation Foundation.

Global Chief Media Officer, JPMorganChase

Tracy-Ann Lim is the Chief Media Officer at JPMorganChase responsible for Paid Media, Social content and SEO firm wide. Tracy-Ann brings to bear the full weight of her 21 years’ experience to this role, in the reimagining and reengineering of Media as a tool for profitable growth. Her 135 person team spans New York, Delaware, Chicago, Columbus and India. The centralization model within which they operate is one of Tracy-Ann’s crowning achievements so far in that it drives the transparency, agility and efficiency needed to get the job done. Prior to this role, Tracy-Ann has filled executive roles at Media Agencies in both New York, LA and Dublin where she is from. In her most recent position prior to JPMC she helped Media Assembly win Agency of the Year in 2018 on the strength of her work on the E*TRADE business; embedding a data led model that proved the ROI of all media investments.

Tracy-Ann has always been an advocate of emerging talent and as such has always sought ways to build support systems and add value. Her involvement ranges from an annual speaking engagements with marketing graduates on the power of Communications Planning in business to mentorship programs like the ones she is now a part of at JPMC such as MD Mentoring Circles. Tracy-Ann is also a member of industry boards, most notably MMA Global, North America Board. In this capacity she works alongside other Fortune 500 leaders on subjects such as Performance Marketing Research, Cognitive Neuroscience and Data Privacy in today’s marketing environment.

Tracy-Ann holds a Masters in Advertising from UCD, Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from DKIT Ireland. Tracy-Ann resides in Westchester, NY with her husband and two rambunctious sons.
