Diana Haussling is a bold leader in e-commerce, marketing and sales, known for her breakthrough thinking and transformative approach. Utilizing her deep expertise, she has driven performance at four Fortune 400 companies, leveraging data and consumer insights to engage consumers, fuel brand connection, and significantly increase sales.
As Chief Executive Officer, hello, Diana spearheads the growth of the hello portfolio of brands, redefining traditional categories with bold innovation and a fresh perspective. In her previous role as Chief Marketing Office North America, Diana led the Marketing, Digital Commerce and Direct To Consumer efforts, advancing critical functions including, integrated marketing, eCommerce, insights, analytics, and revenue growth management. Prior to Colgate, Diana was VP, Ecommerce & Omni Marketing for Campbell’s, where she led the strategic vision for the eCommerce ecosystem, Consumer Promotion, and Omni Marketing. She spearheaded the development of ownable and breakthrough brand initiatives, marketing platforms, and digital commerce strategies delivering record accelerated eCommerce growth. Diana joined Campbell in 2012 as Senior Marketing Manager, where she was responsible for providing strategic promotion planning support for Walmart Inc. and national consumer promotion plans. In subsequent roles as Director of Category Strategy and Shopper Insights and Director of Shopper Engagement and Activation, Diana shaped the category management and channel strategies and provided strategic leadership and operational framework for the marketing, shopper insights, and retail activation functions across the enterprise.
Prior to Campbell, Diana worked at General Mills as Integrated Marketing Manager, collaborating with customers, agencies and third party vendors to develop innovative promotions and channel strategies. Diana began her career with The Hershey Company in progressive sales positions spanning over seven years.

For the past 25+ years, Sarah has helped companies turn disruption into durable business advantages, scaling category-defining businesses and advising CEOs and boards on turning technology into real economic outcomes. She currently sits on the boards of Campbell’s & Kenvue, co-hosts Adweek’s Brave Commerce Podcast, and most recently ran Profitero, a global eCommerce analytics company that was sold to Publicis. Before Profitero, she scaled 360i from a $5M startup into a $180M agency — leading groundbreaking campaigns for brands like OREO, Nestlé, HBO, and Absolut, earning *Ad Age* recognition as a top 10 agency every year she was CEO and President and selling the company to Dentsu.
Sarah’s achievements include induction into the AAF Advertising Hall of Achievement, the Word of Mouth Marketing Association Hall of Fame, She Runs It’s Woman of the Year, UJA Industry Titan, and being named to Adweek’s Power 50, Ad Age’s Leading Women, and Working Mother’s 50 Most Powerful Moms.
