Elizabeth Cornish is a dynamic executive with over 25 years of experience in shaping development, marketing, and communications for global organizations. She’s made her mark at renowned firms like DDB Worldwide, Omnicom Group, Brooks Brothers, and Covenant House, where she’s known for building powerful business partnerships and delivering impressive results across complex landscapes—managing a staggering 125+ agencies in more than 70 countries.
Most recently, she was Head of Culture and Community at adam&eve DDB in New York, Elizabeth worked hand-in-hand with the CEO to elevate company culture and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. Prior to this, she served as Global Chief of Staff at DDB Worldwide, where she juggled critical initiatives and acted as a trusted partner to senior leaders, ensuring smooth communication across the board.
At Omnicom Group, Elizabeth held the title of Senior Vice President, Platforms, where she engineered innovative tech solutions that supercharged collaboration and business development throughout a vast agency network. She also stepped into the shoes of Acting Chief People Officer, creating groundbreaking talent development programs that set new standards for operational excellence.
Passionate about empowering women, Elizabeth is deeply involved in a women’s networking organization that has supported over 1,100 professionals. She spearheaded a successful global mentorship program, showcasing her commitment to nurturing future leaders.
