NYWICI WANTS TO KNOW:
If you could have one superpower, which would you choose?
Time travel
Tell me about the first job you’ve ever held.
Teaching learn-to-skate classes at my local ice rink
What energizes and drains you when you’re at work?
Energizing: Being part of teams that are united around a common mission and clearly understand the “why” behind the work. Draining: When there’s a lack of clarity or clear vision guiding a project. In these situations, I ask probing questions to understand the root cause of the confusion so we can all move forward together
What’s your process for turning a bad day into a good one?
A quick walk or workout
Why NYWICI?
The people! I’m so grateful for the friends and mentors I’ve found through NYWICI
