Maria Ungaro serves as the Vice President, Membership Engagement for Licensing International the leading trade organization for the $315+ billion global brand licensing industry.  Maria spent more than 20 years at  Kellen where she served as executive director for New York Women in Communications (NYWICI).   She is highly skilled in strategic thinking, operational effectiveness, membership retention, growth marketing and major event planning and fundraising.   A graduate of Fordham University, Maria holds both a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major of Political Science with a Minor in Economics, as well as a Master of Business Administration in Marketing.

My colleagues energize me with their creativity and enthusiasm. It’s infectious. Back to back zoom calls drain me. I love an in-person meeting!

What’s your process for turning a bad day into a good one?

Connecting with that friend that I know will make me laugh.
