As NYWICI continues to grow, Erica hopes to see more conversations around healthcare communication and leadership opportunities for women reaching global audiences, bringing in diverse voices and perspectives. Through her advocacy, mentorship and dedication to meaningful dialogue, she embodies NYWICI’s mission of empowering women in communications.
