Kelly Harmon Schmitt ACC, CPC, ELI-MP is a certified professional coach, trainer and speaker. She does executive, leadership, career, and life coaching with an array of people from senior leadership to emerging leaders and mangers in a range of professions in the corporate, agency, academic, entrepreneurial, chapter-two career, and college-prep worlds.

Kelly’s goal is to help people to grow both professionally and personally based on their goals. She works with motivated individuals to become more self-aware, to identify and unblock the obstacles in their path, and to leverage their unique strengths and abilities to allow them to experience more rewarding careers and lives.
