Carolyn Ksiazek is vice president of Global Digital Communications at Mastercard. She is passionate about using visual design, new media, and people-centric storytelling to advance the company’s objectives.
Her team creates and activates multi-platform campaigns that highlight Mastercard’s differentiated products and services and inspire its talent. To measure the effectiveness of these campaigns, her team evolved and implemented a new measurement framework focused on actionable insights and management of emerging issues. From design to execution, the team’s content enhances and protects the company’s reputation.
Carolyn joined Mastercard in 2020 from General Electric, where she was senior marketing manager, playing a pivotal role in shaping content marketing and storytelling, through a period of significant transformation.
Throughout her 10-plus year career, Carolyn has demonstrated a proven track record in developing and executing global business-building marcomm strategies while balancing critical crisis communications.
Carolyn earned and a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communication from the Schieffer School of Journalism at Texas Christian University.
