Helene is a creative career adviser and consultant. Her expertise focuses on career development, human resources, learning and development, talent management/acquisition, change management, and project management.
Prior to developing her career and HR consulting services, Helene was Director of Talent Operations at Liz Claiborne Inc. and Vice President of Learning and Development for Lend Lease, a global project management and construction services firm. She spent over 15 years in the technology and investment banking arena working for Perot Systems, a global provider of technology-based business solutions and UBS, the global investment bank.
Her unique background in the arts and music provides a creative framework for each project she undertakes. In her previous career, she attended the Juilliard School of Music, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in music from Boston University and played in an international symphonic orchestra.
