Joyce Pedretti is an award-winning Executive Creative Director who’s brought strategic insight and creative excellence to some of the world’s most recognized brands. Over her career at top agencies including BBDO, McCann Erickson, and Y&R, she’s made her mark with powerful, integrated advertising, social, and PR campaigns—earning both awards and new business along the way.
At BBDO, Joyce was instrumental in building their healthcare division. Starting with a single client, her leadership and vision helped turn it into the fastest-growing group in the agency, catapulting revenue from $4 million to $40 million in just five years.
Today, Joyce partners with agencies, brands, and nonprofits to shape culturally relevant work that resonates, sparks conversation, and turns heads. Her collaborations with organizations like Tina’s Wish and Idealist.org have earned recognition from the Webby Awards for excellence in digital storytelling.
Joyce was drawn to NYWICI after attending an event where she felt an immediate connection to the community’s energy and purpose. Inspired by its mission to champion women across communications, she was delighted to help create a bold new visual identity for the social media presence of its flourishing WomenHeard podcast series.
Joyce believes in taking risks, trusting her instincts, and surrounding herself with people who inspire and challenge her.
