Her expertise has consistently driven high-impact marketing strategies, organizational positioning, stakeholder communications, and groundbreaking brand partnerships for companies and nonprofits. Renowned for her unwavering commitment to excellence, Randy has a proven track record of consistently exceeding client goals and delivering measurable results.

Her client portfolio is as diverse as it is impressive, spanning major industry leaders such as The Walt Disney Company, Ford Motor Company, Shoah Foundation, Bristol Myers Squibb (Clairol), Chubb Insurance, Brookfield Properties, Special Olympics International, and numerous media organizations. With a deep passion for learning and cultural exchange, Randy also spent nearly a decade teaching graduate business students from 28 different countries at NYU—an experience that enriched her global perspective and strengthened her ability to lead across cultures.

Driven by a profound commitment to social impact, Randy has evolved her focus while maintaining deep expertise in marketing, communications, branding, partnerships, and education. She now works with companies and nonprofits to address critical community and global challenges, delivering actionable, human-centered solutions. Her inclusive, empathetic approach—rooted in decades of international experience—enables her to identify core issues, foster collaboration, and develop programs and policies that create meaningful impact for both organizations and the communities they serve.

Within the NYWICI community, Randy serves as co-editor of The Matrix Journal. The role has allowed her to connect and reconnect with members across the organization while helping to foster a platform that amplifies women’s voices and builds community. She credits much of her positive experience to the support of her co-editor, Susan Schultz, and NYWICI Executive Director, Donna-Jean Plante, who have played key roles in her growth within the organization.

Throughout her career, Randy has consistently focused on helping others shine—yet she also recognizes the importance of women embracing their own stories and stepping into the spotlight when the moment calls for it. Whether mentoring peers, championing sustainability, or shaping brand narratives, Randy Penn brings clarity, collaboration, and purpose to every endeavor.
