University/College Membership Structure:

1) Standard Membership Package ($3,000/full year)

  • All full-time or part-time students currently enrolled at the university partner, regardless of age, are entitled to complimentary NYWICI membership.
  • All full-time staff and faculty currently employed with the university partner are entitled to complimentary NYWICI membership.
  • NYWICI assists with speaker selection for one bespoke university-planned* event per membership year
  • Access to NYWICI marketing collateral for career fairs/similar events at your school
  • Complimentary access to informational webinar for schools in advance of the opening of NYWICI scholarship program, for both students and faculty
  • Complimentary access to virtual speaker series, Next Level You
  • Logo listing on NYWICI website
  • Opportunities for students and staff to volunteer on NYWICI committees
  • Access to NYWICI newsletters and industry updates
  • Access to NYWICI events at the member rate
  • Opportunity to participate in NYWICI mentorship program – to serve as mentor or mentee

 

2) Premium Membership Package ($6,500/full year)

All benefits of the standard membership package, plus:

  • All staff and faculty, including part-time and adjunct employees, are eligible for complimentary NYWICI membership while employed with the university partner.
  • Access to an exclusive virtual event with a speaker(s) from the NYWICI network
  • 10 total complimentary passes to NYWICI Communications Career Conference (est. $1,000 value)
  • Volunteer slots at NYWICI events and/or on NYWICI committees reserved for your students
  • Five (5) dedicated spotlights/ads for college/university in the weekly NYWICI newsletter throughout the year, which has ~10k distribution to industry leaders

 

3) Gold Membership Package ($10,500/full year)

All benefits of the premium membership package, plus:

  • One company tour organized for students/staff, organized by NYWICI; space will be limited. Includes a meet + greet with a company employee.
  • 2 (total) tickets to Trailblazers or Matrix

 

Notes:

Student membership. All full-time or part-time students currently enrolled at a university member partner, regardless of age, are entitled to complimentary NYWICI membership under any/all membership tiers.

A student’s membership through their university ends under the following conditions: a) They are no longer enrolled at the university partner, or b) Their university is no longer a part of the membership program. In either of these cases, students under 26 are still eligible for free membership through the Rising Star membership tier, and students 27 and above are eligible for the Early Career Professional tier ($125 for two years).

Staff/faculty membership. All full-time staff and faculty currently employed with a university member are entitled to complimentary NYWICI membership under any/all membership tiers. A faculty member’s NYWICI membership ends under the following conditions: a) They are no longer employed by the university partner, or b) Their university is no longer a part of the membership program.

Under the premium membership package and gold membership package, all part-time and adjunct faculty are eligible for complimentary membership.
