Karen Shosfy is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications at Paramount, one of the world’s leading producers of media and entertainment content and home to a global portfolio of popular consumer brands and flagship streaming platforms, including CBS, Showtime Networks, Paramount Pictures, Nickelodeon, MTV, Comedy Central, BET, Paramount+ and Pluto TV. She previously served as the Head of Communications at Tumblr, where she led internal and external communications for the social media company. Prior to joining Tumblr, Karen managed publicity efforts for WIRED and Ars Technica at Condé Nast and held multiple public relations roles across Rodale Inc.’s corporate division and award-winning magazine properties, including Men’s Health and Women’s Health. Karen is a member of the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences as an annual judge of the Webby Awards and was named among PRNews’ “Top Women in PR.” She has a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism from the University of Florida and lives in Miami.
