Chief of Staff and Head of Communications, Dotdash Meredith
Meredith Worsham is the Chief of Staff and Head of Communications at Dotdash Meredith. Meredith has been with Dotdash Meredith for over 14 years, starting out as a PR Coordinator for what was then About.com and was part of the team that built and launched Dotdash and its family of brands. She’s held various senior leadership roles at the company and oversees all media relations, communications strategy development, internal and external communications for the largest digital and print publisher in America.
Previously, Meredith held various public relations roles at MSL, a leading PR Agency in New York, and worked on healthcare accounts including Sanofi Aventis, Allergan and Phillips Healthcare.
Meredith holds a B.A. in Communications with a minor in History from Elon University in North Carolina. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two small children.
